I created this piece during a time in my life where I was struggling to grasp onto my thoughts that were constantly racing through my mind. I had begun looking into meditation and learning the amazing benefits and wanted to explore how to harness my mind and my thoughts. You'll notice I tapped into "Mental Notes" as a nod of inspiration with the scrap paper pillars, all to further demonstrate the complexity of the mind and the chaos that can ensue.
